The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is running a competitive Request for Tender process to find an appropriate business to operate the new venue, with applications opening on 31st October.
As part of the $126 million Visitor Experience Centre redevelopment, a new restaurant and kiosk are being constructed to provide the estimated 2.2 million guests who visit each year a fantastic hospitality experience.
