The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (GORCAPA) has released a Request for Tender (RFT) to find an appropriate operator for a new food and beverage restaurant/cafe and kiosk at the Visitor Experience Centre.
Food and hospitality will be interwoven into the fabric of the VEC with the two tenancies areas – a small kiosk overlooking the Welcome Garden and a larger main tenancy inside the VEC.
The new food and beverage experience will offer a fantastic range of food and beverage options, with a real focus on regional southwest produce and suppliers from across Victoria.
Local employment opportunities at the restaurant will become available in 2026.
A successful operator will be announced in 2026.
