GORCAPA is working the Licences Tour Operators and the tourism sector as they implement a fee and booking operational model at the new Visitor Centre.
Meetings, roundtables and business surveys are happening with tour operators who visit the precinct to ensure a smooth transition, and everyone sees the benefits of this amazing new facility.
Dedicated bus and coaster access points and parking will drastically improve the operator and visitor experience, helping managing traffic and crowds, while giving everyone who comes to visit the opportunity to really spend time exploring the new centre and all it has to offer.
Looking ahead, work is also underway on developing a marking approach for the new Visitor Centre to ensure it has a strong brand that is reflective of what make this place so special. GORCAPA is working with project partners and key tourism sector stakeholders to develop this work.
A public information campaign will also kick off soon to promote that the centre is going to be a booked experience.
