Showcasing Victorian Produce and Creating Jobs at the Twelve Apostles
Experienced Victorian hospitality operator Elizabeth Andrews Catering has been selected to operate two food and beverage outlets at the new world-class Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre.
Selected through a competitive tender process, Elizabeth Andrews brings a strong local connection to the Twelve Apostles, partnering with popular regional businesses Timboon Distillery and Timboon Fine Ice Cream to operate at the Visitor Centre.
The partnership will support and promote regional produce, suppliers and create new local jobs, with the precinct expected to support up to 40 roles in hospitality, retail, tourism and maintenance.
The new Visitor Centre will include a 230-seat restaurant /café and a walk-up kiosk overlooking a new Welcome Garden. There is also the potential for pop-up concepts during peak periods.
Both outlets will offer visitors a fantastic range of food and drink options that can be enjoyed sitting in the new indoor space with views out towards the rugged Southern Ocean or outside in one of the new gardens.
Along with the exciting new food outlets, the Visitor Centre will offer guests a world-class experience, with new facilities, interpretive and digital displays, an information desk, open spaces and gardens, a retail shop and a rooftop trail with breathtaking views.
The Visitor Centre will change how visitors enjoy the area. It will help manage congestion, provide safer and easier access, slow people down and encourage longer stays across the region while protecting the environment and cultural history at this spectacular location.
The Visitor Centre will open in mid-October 2026.
