Gibson Steps open

Gibson Steps is back open and another fantastic place to visit when exploring the region.

The steps were closed for public safety last year as there were rock falls from above the stairs, which can be common along the limestone cliffs.

Following geotechnical assessments to determine the extent of movement in the rock face, it was possible to remove loose debris, and the stairs were re-opened on 10 February.
