The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is excited to announce its second series of Coastal Projects Open Days in Apollo Bay on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 March.

This two-day event, hosted at the Apollo Bay Fishermen’s Co-operative, promises to be a fantastic opportunity for community members to connect with our team and learn more about a range of active projects that are underway in the Apollo Bay area.

We'll be at the Apollo Fishermen’s Co-operative from 2-6pm on Friday 22 March and 10am–1pm on Saturday 23 March and community members are encouraged to drop-in anytime.

Our team will be on hand to answer your questions and chat about a variety of projects including:

  • Land Management transfers in Apollo Bay
  • Point Bunbury Path
  • Apollo Bay Harbour Redevelopment
  • Mounts Bay Adaptation Plan (Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action)
  • Coastal Environment Education Interactive Display

Representatives from the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action will also be present to speak to projects we’re working on together to deliver.

Light refreshments will be available.

This is the second Coastal Projects Open Day hosted by the Authority, and we expect to deliver similar events in the other townships along the Great Ocean Road.
