Mobile food and beverage operators are being invited to apply for two seasonal sites in Torquay and Jan Juc. The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority has opened a Request for Tender for operators interested in obtaining a licence at either Elephant Walk, Torquay, or the Carnarvon Avenue car park in Jan Juc. The opportunities are suitable for mobile businesses such as coffee vans and food trucks looking to operate in popular coastal locations during the season. Applications open on Friday 10 July 2026. An online briefing will be held as part of the tender process, giving interested operators an opportunity to learn more about the sites, licence arrangements and application requirements. All interested operators are encouraged to consider applying.
