Blanket Bay Hike-in Campground individual area has eight 3.5m x 3.5m (approx)campsites, each site can accommodate up to three people.

Group Area

The site also offers a spacious group area with six 3.5m x 3.5m (approx) campsites, catering for groups of up to 18 people.

Facilities

  • One untreated rainwater tank
  • Three sided shelter with a camp table and seating.
  • Toilets and additional untreated rainwater are available at the nearby car based campground.

Blanket Bay Hike in Campground is approximately 50 metres from the car based campground. It is set among coastal woodlands, facing east across a sheltered bay, with a waterfall nearby.

This section continues through forest and coastal country towards Blanket Bay. It is one of the shorter and more sheltered sections of the walk, with the reward of arriving at a beautiful coastal campground.
