Rebecca Dalton

Rebecca Dalton is a proud Wadawurrung woman, a proud mother, and an award-winning researcher. Rebecca is an experienced Non-Executive Director recognized for her work leading projects in remote Aboriginal communities, empowering Aboriginal voices, and championing the importance of strategic planning to meet the complex needs of communities.

 With a background in Education and a Masters in Aboriginal Health by Research, Rebecca is currently leading Horizon Power’s Remote Communities Engagement team, mobilising community engagement and self-determination within a mission to provide energy equity to remote Aboriginal communities.

 Rebecca is passionate about family, Country, and community. She represents her family line on the board of the Wadawurrung Traditional Owner Aboriginal Corporation and is Chair of her local Volunteer Surf Lifesaving Club. Rebecca has family ties and active networks across Victoria as well as throughout the Southwest and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.
