Our Coastal Operations Team is responsible for managing a range of public services, facilities and infrastructure stretching from Point Impossible at Torquay down to the outskirts of Warrnambool.

  • Walking tracks including the Surf Coast Walk

The Coastal Operations team includes rangers, cleaners and contractors who work to keep our coastline safe, accessible, clean, and beautiful.  

Their work includes leading beach clean-ups, risk management initiatives, garden and track maintenance, waste management and maintaining car parks and boat ramps.

We invest a significant portion of our revenue into managing the coastline to meet visitor demands and expectations and provide a world-class experience.
