Today, specialist crews successfully removed four cars and two trailers from the Cumberland River area.
The work required careful planning and the use of heavy equipment to safely recover the vehicles while minimising impacts on the surrounding foreshore, beach and marine environment.
Since January, crews have been working across several impacted locations includingLorne, Separation Creek, Wye River, Kennett River and Cumberland Riverto remove debris, restore access and support community clean-up efforts.
