Torquay Main Beach Staircase Refurbishment Complete

Maintenance works on the Voss Circuit car park staircase at Torquay Back Beach - located beside the popular Third Wave Kiosk - have now been completed.

The upgrade included resurfacing steps, repairing handrails, and conducting structural checks to ensure the staircase remains safe, accessible, and in good condition for the future.

This project is part of our ongoing program to maintain and improve coastal infrastructure along the Great Ocean Road.

We thank the local community and visitors for their patience during the temporary closure and invite everyone to enjoy the refreshed and safer access down to the sand.
