Point Grey – Lorne Redevelopment update

The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (the Authority) has signed a Letter of Offer which provides a firm commitment to fund the delivery of three Geelong City Deal (GCD) projects along the Great Ocean Road. 

The GCD projects include the highly anticipated Point Grey Lorne Redevelopment. 

The final step in formalising the Authority’s engagement is the execution of a grant agreement with the Department of Jobs, Skills Industry and Regions, which will transfer the delivery responsibility of the three projects. 

Execution of the grant agreement will support the continuation of the three projects along the Great Ocean Road. 

The Point Grey Redevelopment in Lorne is one of our highest priorities, and we are keenly aware of the strong community support to see this project succeed.
