We’re upgrading the Point Grey swimming ramp and inviting you to share your views on what the upgraded design should include.

The current ramp, used for the iconic Lorne Pier to Pub race, is close to half a century old and needs an upgrade to ensure it remains safe for public use.

Throughout October and November, we’re inviting locals and visitors to have their say on the swimming ramp upgrades to better understand what users would like to see included in the design.

The survey opens on 13 October and closes on 10 November.

Interim maintenance works are set to begin on the ramp later this year ahead of the busy summer period, while the proposed upgrade designs will be shared in early 2024.

This project is funded by the Victorian Government’s Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action.
