Aireys Inlet

The Split Point Lighthouse, famous for its role in ‘Round the Twist’ is a must visit, with tours running daily and accessible viewing platforms for enjoying the view.

Aireys Inlet also offers some of the region’s best restaurants and is well known for its live music and entertainment.

Sandy Gully and Sunnymead Beaches have visitor access; however, they are unpatrolled and best suited to experienced swimmers. If you’re looking for a local patrolled beach just head up the road to Fairhaven where the Fairhaven Surf Lifesaving Club patrols the beach during the summer months.

Offering many trails to walk or ride on either mountain bike or horseback, plus a tennis court, a skatepark and playground with amenities, this quiet coastal hamlet is the perfect location to soak up the seaside and relax.
